Age Verification

3. Account Registration & Verification

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal may be subject to limits based on your VIP tier and account verification status.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to you. kt77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

If you deposit via an international payment method (Visa or Mastercard) in a currency other than BDT, the relevant amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. kt77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any fees levied by your card issuer.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.3 VIP Programme

kt77's VIP Programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on the accumulation of VIP points, which are earned on every real-money wager placed on the platform. Benefits at each tier include progressively higher daily withdrawal limits, reduced wagering requirements on promotional bonuses, priority withdrawal processing, and — at Platinum and Diamond tiers — a dedicated personal account manager. kt77 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits, point accumulation rates, and tier thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using kt77, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in your account:

• Fraudulent registration: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account on kt77, whether in your own name or through proxies, family members, associates, or any other individual.
• Underage access: Attempting to access kt77 if you are under the age of 18, or facilitating or enabling access by any person under the age of 18.
• Money laundering: Using kt77 to launder funds derived from any illegal activity. kt77 is committed to combating money laundering and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses, free bets, or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through low-risk hedging, arbitrage, or the use of robotic or automated betting systems.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking or technical manipulation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kt77's systems, databases, or software; introducing malicious code; or exploiting software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Third-party deposits or withdrawals: Using payment accounts not registered in your own name for any deposit or withdrawal transaction.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by kt77

kt77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or payment processors.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (in which case kt77 will notify you by email before applying a dormancy fee or closing the account).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kt77 will retain any funds in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned in full. If a breach is confirmed, kt77 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your kt77 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, kt77 will process any pending withdrawals and return your available balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Any active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be voided upon account closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

kt77 offers voluntary self-exclusion as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, deposits will be declined, and no marketing communications will be sent. 8. Limitation of Liability

kt77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.
• Actions taken by kt77 in good faith to comply with applicable law or in response to suspected fraudulent activity.

kt77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are adequate for accessing kt77 services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kt77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
